This class is here to activate your faith and trust during brain retraining. My prayer is for you to feel like you are being infused with light and life in your veins!

I’ll teach a practical lesson for you to reflect on and apply in that class. Then everyone will have the chance to share with the group the shifts you have seen.

During our conversations, I’ll give tips and feedback. Plus, you get to learn from others in the group as the Holy Spirit will quicken words your heart is yearning to receive.
Build relationships
With an interactive community atmosphere, you will break down walls of isolation and cultivate relationships with others who truly get what you’re going through
